
Meta Horizon is an interoperable social gaming platform bridging VR, mobile, and web for millions of users worldwide. I spearheaded the strategic unification of the Digigoods marketplace, consolidating 50+ fragmented commerce surfaces into a cohesive cross-platform architecture that established transactional parity and dissolved years of architectural debt.
Driven by the need for a scalable creator economy, this project aimed to architect a high-intent decision surface that balances emotional desirability with systemic rigor. By streamlining the core "earn-and-redeem" engagement loop, the resulting framework directly contributed to a 17% lift in MAU and established the commercial blueprint for digital ownership across the Meta ecosystem.

As the Metaverse ecosystem expanded, the commerce experience reached a critical tipping point. With over 50+ fragmented surfaces managed by disparate teams, the lack of a unified source of truth created significant friction for both users and creators.
This presented a strategic opportunity to move beyond legacy utility and architect a cohesive, high-velocity commerce engine designed to bridge the gap between 2D social discovery and 3D immersive gaming at a global scale.
Resolving the friction of 50+ inconsistent commerce surfaces to establish a single source of truth across VR, Mobile, and Web.
Creating "Transactional Parity" so that purchasing digital assets feels equally secure and intuitive in a VR headset or on a mobile device.
Architecting a modular metadata engine that allows creators to launch diverse asset types without requiring manual UI adjustment.
The final design shifts the commerce experience from a passive data-logging page to a high-fidelity decision engine. By prioritizing emotional desirability through immersive 3D previews and ensuring rational clarity with structured metadata, the design creates a high-trust environment. This systemic approach minimizes cognitive load, allowing users to move seamlessly from creative exploration to confident acquisition.
