Samsung Health GenAI Chatbot

Samsung Health is a pre-installed app on Galaxy phones, serving millions of users worldwide by providing health insights. As part of Samsung’s strategic shift toward AI-driven personalization, I led the end-to-end design of Samsung’s first GenAI/LLM-powered health chatbot, setting the chatbot UX benchmark and defining design principles adopted across Samsung’s conversational AI initiatives.
